Delivery Times

At Belle Jewellery, your order will be shipped within 1–2 working days of receipt (subject to stock availability). Delivery times vary by destination:

  • Ireland: Most orders are delivered within 2–5 working days.
  • EU & Rest of the World: Please allow 7–21 working days (or longer for remote destinations).

We will keep you updated with tracking where applicable. 

Delivery Costs

Ireland 

  • Free Express Signed Delivery on orders over €75.
  • Orders under €75: €6.99.

EU & Rest of the World

  • Tracked shipping on all international orders.
  • Orders €100 or less: €9.99.
  • Free shipping on orders over €100.

Customs & Import Taxes

International orders may incur customs duties, VAT, or other taxes upon arrival. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.

 

 

Exchanges & Refunds (Change of Mind)


We offer a 14-day change of mind return policy on unworn items. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. Items must be returned:

  • In their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging.
  • Using Track & Trace (proof of return required).

T&Cs for Exchanges & Refunds 

  • Buyer is responsible for return postage costs (except for faulty items – see below).
  • We reserve the right to deduct an amount for any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original resaleable condition.
  • For exchanges: Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a store credit for the value of the original purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 1–3 working days after we receive and inspect the item. Bank processing times may add extra days.
  • Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
  • Cancellations are only possible before the order is shipped.
  • This 14-day policy is a voluntary goodwill offer and does not affect your statutory rights (see Faulty Items below).

 

 

Faulty Items & Legal Rights

All our jewellery is made to the highest standards. However, if a fault develops, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 apply.

  • Within the first 30 days of delivery: You may return the item for repair, replacement or full refund (including original delivery costs).
  • After 30 days: You are entitled to a repair or replacement (free of charge).
  • If repair or replacement is impossible, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund.

Proof of purchase is required.

Faults caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow our Jewellery Care Guide are excluded.

 

 

Gold PVD

 

We offer a 1-Year Tarnish / Colour Warranty – Gold PVD on Surgical Steel
In addition to your statutory rights, we provide a voluntary 1-year Tarnish / Colour Warranty on all Gold PVD plated Surgical Steel jewellery. If the gold PVD plating visibly tarnishes, or wears off under normal use within 12 months of delivery, we will:

  • Offer a repair (where possible),
  • Provide a replacement (subject to availability),
  • Issue a store credit at our discretion.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, chemicals (e.g. perfumes, chlorine, harsh cleaners), or failure to follow care instructions. To make a claim, contact us with your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos of the issue.
